Mailboxes:
The Department is not responsible for damage to mailboxes placed in the right-of-way during snow removal. Please ensure your mailbox is securely installed and set back from the road edge.
Safety:
Residents are asked to refrain from placing snow back into the road after plows have passed, as this creates a hazard and is prohibited by state law.
Parking:
During snow events, please avoid parking on town streets to allow plows to clear the roads efficiently.
