Madrid Youth Baseball & Softball Signups

Registration is now open for the 2026 season! We offer programs ranging from T-Ball to 6th-grade Baseball and Softball.


Important Details:

  • Eligibility: Children starting T-Ball must be at least 4 years old by May 1, 2026.

  • Cost: $20 per child or a family rate of $50 for 3 or more children.

  • Deadline: All signups must be submitted by April 10th.

  • How to Register: Download the signup form below and return it to the Madrid Town Office (3529 County Route 14). In-person signups are highly encouraged.
